can telcom phones on the text 2000 plan text a 2d phone without getting the extra 20cents charge that you gert when you text an 021 etc?

021 does not mean a connection is active on Vodafone NZ network
027 does not mean its a Telecom NZ mobile number

Telecom customers on boost text 2000 will get charged 20 cents to SMS a 2D number

No, Telecom Boost Txt 2000 is Telecom to Telecom only, It will cost 20c to text a 2d number likewise when texting a Vodafone number
