i made a complaint...and ive rung every day since 3 times a day..the ball is finally moving. Im dealing directly with Senior Tech and Fault Managers..ive done my research and nailed them every time they tried to bite back.
I work in a contact centre and i know if you want something keep bugging them til you get it..lol

Battle is still going but i have a good feeling...best of luck
