Hi all,
First time poster on the site. I am just wondering if anyone out there knows if Raglan (the township area) is considered urban or rural according to the slingshot naked broadband charge. I have been in contact with slingshot about this and they have replied:

"This is the frustrating bit, we don't know until we actually go to connect you. This is a limitation placed on us by our wholesalers"

Sounds bizarre to me.

I've tried to use the search tool on this site but the page doesn't seem to load for me. Any info would be appreciated before I sign up as it could be the difference of $174 a year!

Thanks

There is nothing secreteive about it all ISP's know the regions because the determination was set by the Commerce Commission. They're telling you lies if they say they don't know...

Interesting as my exchange is Waimauku which isn't on this list.

If I use the Vodafone tool to check Rural coverage I'm also not listed.
