We often see in these forums negative comments, well I thought that I would mention how happy I am having Orcon as my ISP. They have actually been great for us. Every issue we have had has been resolved quickly, and through phone support, twitter and Geekzone they have been able provide far more service than any other ISP we have ever been with. I can see myself remaining with them well into the future.

I really would like to publicly thank Cam (Bameron on Geekzone) for all the help he has provided to me as well as (by the looks of it) to others.

In my opinion, Orcon, keep up the great work!

Haha yes I have to say that for all the bitching I give about Orcon and the dramas around their DC and slow response times to technical queries, what services we have with them - these have consistently worked and we have had really no downtime with them for coming onto 18 months. They are good at scheduling maintenance and letting customers know and also updating us with issues (like seriously I get 5 emails a day about their phone services having various faults and we don't even use them lol).

Well done on consistent service delivery Orcon, you just need to work on helping customers in urgent need!

Yeah, Orcon has been doing great lately.
They have been quite generous with the new steam service they have been running
