Is there a Manual anywhere that explains all the available features?

My Supplier told me on one occasion to "forget the Manual" because it was written a long time ago as an introduction to the equipment but it doesn't have information on the current features that are available.
On another occasion he told me that all the problems were because "you do not read the Manual".

I see little snippets of information spread across the internet on various websites on how to do certain things that are not in the Manual or not explained clearly and I would like something cohesive like an updated Manual to find out exactly what the full range of features are and how to access them.

How good are the Manuals for other brands? Do any shine in particular?

May I suggest that you condense your questions in to one thread, rather than having three separate threads running on the UltraPlus x-9200hd

And as it doesn't seem to have anything to do with Freeview, why is it in this forum? Surely the Home Theatre forum would be the place?

It's my satellite receiver so i didn't know where else to go. Mum and i just sit down of an evening and watch a program or sometimes look at the family videos. I read that you can shift it if its in the wrong forum. Can you move it? I would like that. Thanks.

you should have received a manual with it.  you can go to www.freeviewshop.co.nz and select satellite receivers and scroll down to the x9200 and download the manual.
also www.austech.info has a lot of help with this unit.
