I have a Superview 890 that I am trying to set up.
The satellite dish is a Sky one and I removed the Mysky decoder and connected the Superview.
From factory reset position, as nothing else would work!
Opened "Installation" and Satellite setting. Selected Optus D1 and changed default TP from 12391 to 12483.
LNB "Normal Ku" ; LNB Low freq 11300. 22k tone "off"; 12v "off" Diseqc "off"; Toneburst "off" ; LNB Power " 13/18v.
Pushed "OK" button on remote to " exit" ( There are no options to "Save") Then " ok" to "Save" .
Prolem is TP reverts to 12391 while all other settings remain the same!
What am I doing wrong?

If I ignore the fact that the TP hasn't held the change and continue with blind scan of Optus D1 I end up with "No signal" message.

You could try 10750 for the LNB instead of 11300 and see if that helps.

Thanks for suggestion. Tried different path and suddenly. ..SUCCESS!!
Wish I knew what I'd done, but happy that I won't have to touch again. Thanks again
