Hi folks - we are on Freeview and hardly watch any live TV at all - pretty much record all of the series we're interested in and then watch them in the evenings. We have two TV's, one in the lounge with a Panasonic DMR-XW390  PVR, and one in the den (which we really only use over the winter months) which at the moment does not have a PVR at all. 
The solution I'd like is to keep recording everything on the one PVR, in the lounge, but to be able to watch those recordings on the TV in the den.  I imagine, if I had an appropriate PVR, that getting the signal down to the den should be easy enough via one of the PVR outputs, but I still want to be able to FF the ads and change channels etc from down in the den. So, to get to the point, is there an iPad app or something like that, which I can use from the den to remotely control my PVR?  I might be over complicating this but I'm sure you'll understand what I'm talking about here.  I'm happy to get a new PVR to enable this if that is what would be required. Any suggestions gratefully received!
