Is there anybody out there?
Hi
I have a VEON 22" TV as per this instruction manual
http://docs.thewarehouse.co.nz/red/pdfs/other-info/9420040603268%20VEON%20VN1912LED.pdf
I have tried both auto and manual digital tv tuning but only 8 channels are received and none of them are TV 1, 2, or 3. They are channels such as Al Jazeera or The Shopping Network.
I have connected the TV to the bottom left port on the wall outlet shown below. Does anyone know how I can pick up the other channels?

Does anyone know what the top two points on the wall outlet are for? At my previous home these were connected together via a small curved white cable and if the cable was removed the TV stopped working
They are satellite connectors, with two of them there I can only assumes one is an input and the others and output?

They are f connectors which are normally for satellite but often for UHF too. Without pulling the plate off the wall and tracing where the cables go there's no way of knowing. What sort of antennae are there on your roof?
Thanks everyone. Yes, this is an apartment building and the issue has now been resolved
and it was....
