Hi all, I am very new here and this is my first post. Apologies for any errors in advance.

I have been experiencing an annoying and distracting issue with the audio being out sync since day one with my UHF decoder.

Here are some facts:

- The decoder is a DishTV T2100

- It has the latest firmware installed (1.41)

- The issue only happens with TV1 -- no other channels suffer this issue.

- We live in Hastings and have fibre as well

- Never experienced this issue with TIVO (unfortunately it went off air)

- I can watch TV1 on my smart TV (LG) and it is perfectly in sync (however I can't seem to have the audio out of my Denon DVR via the TV - hence the decoder with HDMI).

I have contacted DishTV helpdesk, they tried to help me making me update the box, re-setting the box et-cetera, however it seems they stopped replying to my emails once they run out of ideas. Therefore my plea for help here.

I am at a loss.

Do you have any ideas / suggestions / advice on what I could do?

Warmest regards

Are aware that you can have your TiVo modded so that it will work with the new user-supplied EPG source?  See the TiVo forum here on Geekzone.

Ha! No I wasn't. Unfortunately it now has met its creator at the dump...
