Hi all,

I am attempting to use RustyGonad's guide to get analogue and digital tuners coexisting in Vista Media Centre (find guide here) but my setup is slightly different and I am confused as to the correct setup.

I have a dual digital tuner and a single analogue tuner. Therefore I actually have three tuners to edit in step 6 of the guide instead of two. For two tuners, one digital and one analogue, the setup is as follows:

  - Open Regedit again
  - Find the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Service\Video\Tuners\
  {xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}
  {xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}
  DVR
  - Expand the first entry (this is the Digital Card), until you see the UserSettings key
  Change the following entries:
  RecordOrder = 0
  RecordPrefered = 0
  WatchOrder = 0
  WatchPrefered = 0

  - Expand the second entry (this is the Analog Card), until you see the UserSettings key
  Change the following entries:
  RecordOrder = 1
  RecordPrefered = ffffffff
  WatchOrder = 1
  WatchPrefered = ffffffff

Does anyone know what these settings should be in my instance with two digital cards + and analogue card?

Many thanks,

Morgan.

-------------------------Tuner 1----Tuner 2----Tuner 3
Record Order----------2------------1-----------0
Record Pref------------0------------ffffffff------ffffffff
Watch Order-----------0------------1-----------2
Watch Pref ------------ffffffff-------0-----------0
