I've found these two DVB-T boxes online, but I can't find much information about if they will work in New Zealand.

They both seem to have NZ codecs, they're both DVB-T, they both have EPG
How do I know if they'll accept New Zealand's frequencies and support the full week look ahead EPG.

Does anyone know, or have experience with these boxes in New Zealand?

I very much doubt either of these support H.264 and MHEG5. I'd say it is a waste of money - also they list "minimum order 500"...

Fair point about the MHEG5, EPG would be good for a week in advance.
Both of them support H.264 and can be ordered through other companies (besides the links i gave) for smaller quantities, such as 1 :p

Is there anything else that I need to check to see if they work in NZ?
A full week of EPG would be nice, but TV guides are fine, and these are a lot cheaper and have a lot more to offer than the Freeview boxes available in NZ that I have found (eg both can take upwards of 2TB of storage)

No mention if they do HE-AAC audio or not and the tuning bands.

Give it a shot and report your findings, but with legit boxes going under $200, and on occasoin under $150 IMO its not worth the risk on unknown stuff that will inevitably come with a low quality power supply and need to have it replaced.
