Have a hunt and there will be a way to switch to the digital tuner. Once you've found this it should remember your last setting when you the turn the TV off and back on again.

I'll give it a go. Will it just be a button on the remote?

Are you in a Freeview UHF serviced area?

Do you have a suitable UHF antenna?

These really are the key questions.

Are you located somewhere that can receive freeview HD, and do you have a UHF aerial plugged into your TV?

After that, are you scanning for digital channels when you setup the TV, are any freeview channels being found when you do a scan and then are you displaying the digital/freeview channels when you watch TV?

TV/RAD on your remote should swap between the old analogue TV, freeview digital TV and the radio channels once they have been scanned and tuned in.

Remember only TV1, TV2 and TV3 are in HD and even then only some shows are truly HD, the others are upscaled (quite well though) to HD resolutions. The rest are all SD so won't look as good, even though they are on freeview HD.
