Hi,

This is my first post in this forum - hi everyone!

So my Magic TV box has been working well for ages.  Tonight started watching the news live and it was jittery and kept skipping and losing sound so I figured I had better turn the box on and off.  I did this and now when I turn it on it says "No Hard disk" .  If I look at what I have recorded it shows nothing in the list and saus the HD space is 0 down the bottom!

Help!

I don't have the latest firmware so am about to try and upgrade this but I am not sure if it will make any difference.  It still shows my To Do List.

If I hit record now it says "No hard disk".

Any ideas?

JMC

Sounds like the HHD has died.

Yeah doesn't look good. Upgraded the firmware now doing a factory reset to see what happens.  Sounds like a trip back to the supplier might be happening!
