I have bought the site builder (e-commerce) pack from Crazy Domains. I dont' have much knowledge about website design and development process, so i would have to find  a specialist to help me to set this up. Auckland - Hamilton

If you want a website set up, you really should have gone to a web design outfit first - they handle the whole thing, and generally don't use 'site builders' - they're tools for inexperienced folks like yourself. Still, if you've got yourself a domain, I'm sure any local website outfit will be happy to set that up for you.

Contact the company you purhcased it from for support. If they can't provide support, or don't provide it, or don't have full instructions, then ask for a refund, and go to a web designer. These systems are fully self service, and are designed to be used by people with no knowledge. Any web designer will use their own proper CMS, so will very unlikely support a third party one like that.
