Firstly long time lurker here, have had quite a few personal technical issues fixed by this forum already so thanks for that! In need of a bit of specialized help today.

Creating a website for Dad who will be offering online tuition for CIE English. The main thing I'm looking at now is integrating a video stream service with the wordpress site. I am open to using any platform though, so not restricted to wordpress. If required, can jump to anything.

Main requirements are:
-Booking/scheduling system
-Resource portal where students can upload their work, have it marked (Each online tuition also allows for essay marking), as well as having resources like worksheets available for students. The resources available will be dependent on what classes you booked or "Enrolled" for.
-Live video stream service. "Teacher" streams to about 8 connected "Students". Student side should have text chat enabled, but not be able to interact with other students. Video stream should be locked to accounts of students who paid using the booking system
-Some sort of commerce system that links the booking system to the video service that also links with the user account.

Currently using a touchscreen tv, logitech spotlight, condenser mic on a boom and also a PTZ camera to simulate the classroom.

Hoping for some suggestions on:
- Is this a feasible project to be building by myself? (Fairly confident in implementing plugins and making minor changes to existing scripts to suit, but am by no means a professional web developer.
- Is there an all in one solution, or a stack of plugins that can offer me decent results? Do not mind paying 3rd party providers.
- Any other ideas that could offer students a great online tuition experience.
