Hey guys, just a quick question if anyone can help.

I have made a website using Sharepoint Designer, WYSIWYG software.
The time has come to select a web host - Can I use a Linux based web host?

Any help would be awesome
Thanks!

As long as it has just generated plain html/php files, Linux should be fine.

If its Sharepoint, then think youll find you need a Sharepoint server to run it - so a Windows only host.

I agree with xpd, if your the page contains ASP.net code and/or makes use of the Sharepoint services API you won't be able to host it in a Linux server.

You guys know it's dirty ol' Frontpage?

The name change, from FrontPage, reflects the emphasis on designing and customizing SharePoint websites, while Microsoft Expression Web is the full-featured successor to FrontPage.
