Flo2cash have just done an internal audit, and have dropped customers off their contracts. Although they say they are aloud to do this, I find this unbelievable!

With no warning at all, my customers that spend more than $100 on my website get a bounce back on their order that the transaction has declined.

In order for me to get back up and running again, it is going to take 2 weeks to "re-apply" leaving my website out of action for 2 weeks - + the two weeks its taken me to get hold of anyone at Flo2cash to figure out what has happend.

After talking to the general manager Gerrard, who said he doesn't really care and there is nothing he can do. I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID! Even if this is in the fine print, how can you just stop someones ability to earn money from their own website, with no warning and no opportunity to remidy the situation.

If it's in the fine print than you can't expect much different than what's happened, surely?

Well I'm just going through that now, mainly to see if they have to give us any notice. But my post is really to point out that this is they way this company operates and to warn anyone that is looking to trade with them.

Why did they drop the contracts?

Sure, but why? Did they find irregularities in your account?

But they must give a reason, does what you are selling breach their T&C's?

Yeah they have reasons but that isn't really the point - why would you not inform your customers that this was happening? Would you just drop your customers without any notice? And then when they ring to find out what is going on just say you dont care?

If they have reasons, and they are allowed... Try alternative payment processors. PayPal works ok for me for example.

Well it really depends on those reasons, without telling us this thread is unfair on flo2cash.

If you are clearly breaking the T&C's then sure they should block your account straight away.

If it is something menial then it is unfair on you.

Either way find someone else, their are plenty of other similar companies which are NZ based.

I have been selling the same product on my website for 5years, nothing has changed, and have used flo2cash for 5years also. If my product does not sit in their T's and C's all of a sudden, wouldn't some communication be in order?
And yes, finding someone else is my only alternative.

Yes communication beforehand would be nice, it is something that is lacking with a number of internet companies these days.

You are not the only one, one of the sites I maintain (I'm a subcontractor effectively, so client of a client as it were) was dropped by them a couple weeks ago, same, no notice at all, just cut off with an email "internal audit" blah blah.

Without identifying the client, they are a short term rental accommodation broker, not something I would have called a high fraud or charge back risk business at all.

Naturally, I would no longer recommend F2C to any of my clients (not that I would have initially anyway, but for other reasons).

I am not familiar with that company. Do you need to have your own merchant account to use that service, or does it use thei merchant accoutn? If you have got your own merchant account, you could try paymentexpress / dps, I have only heard good things about them. Alternatively paypal, or paymate.

As a flo2cash customer myself, can you let us know what it was in the audit that lead to them disabling your account?

They (flo2cash) don't say,  all you get is "internal audit".

One can probably assume it is something along the lines of them having a list of approved industries from their bank, and their customers outside of those industries are being dropped.
