It looks like the R22 comes with Android 4.0, which means you might be out of luck. Google have removed USB mass storage (UMS) mode from their default Android 4.x code base, leaving only MTP (media transfer protocol) and PTP (picture transfer protocol, often used by digital cameras). These work ok if you're hooking up your phone to a Windows computer or a PictBridge-enabled printer, but are bad choices for pretty much anything else.
Some manufacturers have added UMS mode back into their OS, but this isn't guaranteed. You can go into Settings > Storage and hit the menu button to see if there's an advanced screen hiding in there. If it only has MTP and PTP then you might be out of luck.
