Can any one advise. my SG2 is either randomly or everytime i turn off and back on deleting all my data and restoring back to an earlier date (always the same date) It will restore texts, pics, contacts etc that i thought were deleted and delete all new "data" from the date it goes back to.  From what NZ Telecom told me it needs updating but the shop wasn't prepared to do it.  They said I could do it myself but didn't tell me how.   can anyone point me in the right direction, i really  like the phone but at the moment its totally unreliable as i cant save anything..
