I think it should be pointed out that Vodafone TV's sky adaptation charges for cloud storage whereas the traditional sky top box has a hard drive built in.. I don't know what Sky's own android package will offer though
We are currently designing our 'forever' house.
I am specifying 2 x coax to the roof with a diplexer and distribution of the diplex signal to all TV or radio points.
I'm specifying two f-type outlets at each TV point, along with 4 Ethernet in the lounge and 2 at other TV/radio points. That gives us all options at all TV locations.
We will only install a satellite dish ourselves. If a subsequent owner wants to add UHF or FM, they can add the UHF antenna and splitters.
I'm also adding a Marine VHF antenna and a single outlet as we will have line of site to a repeater.

I think the building code minimum is one future wire run sized for 20A single phase to a single car-parking spot.
If you are getting single phase power, I would have the wire sizing done to support a 32A load, and run one of them to each garage / car park space. I would just keep it as future capacity for now, and hold off purchasing the expensive EVSE's until you actually have an electric car. Will need load balancing EVSE's if you want to charge multiple EV's from a single phase connection.
If you have 3 phase power, I would run conduit to each garage / off street parking space instead (plus the salutatory minimum). Too hard to predict if you cars will suit 3x16A (like the higher spec Kia e-Nero), or 32A single phase like the Kona Electric.
Make sure the breaker box has lots of free bays. A type B rcd occupies 4 bays, plus abreaker means that a single EV needs 5 bays for single phase (or 7 for three phase) . (I think the RCD can be shared with additional EV's so just a new breaker each additional car)
If you are getting into future proofing you could also run orange condensate to a north facing roof for future solar, and to a possible future battery location.
Bear in mind that you might put a cable up in the 'best place' only to find it is too high for a Sky installer to use under new elf and safety policies.

Confused about the web-based Freeview device capabilities.
I should say that we've zero interest in recording TV - only 'old' stuff we watch is YouTubes & occasionally wife watches old MasterChef shows ('On Demand') on her tablet. That's not likely to change - we've done zero with the capability of the old Voda box to record & playback.
My 2018 Panasonic (FZ950U) has a Freeview 'On Demand' app - but that doesn't seem to give any live stream.
Am I being abnormally stupid - will the TV do it all, given the right incentive ?
Moving beyond the TV - looking at current possible Freeview boxes:
The 'new' Vodafone box (I have the old one) is presumably tied to using Vodafone as Service Provider ?
PBTech has an (older) DishTV box on sale for 99$ (SV10 - I believe it's the one mentioned by a few of you, above), and a newer one (A7070) for 199$. Both called DishTV (I guess they mean the no-dish TV !).
Not clear to me the pros & cons of Vodafone's (proprietary ?) box vs the two generations of DishTV.

Gen2 box can be purchased either from Voda online or a retailer and is NOT tied to using Vodafone as provider. Management is via a portal so with luck you'll never experience the "Gold Standard" customer service.
Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.
You dont want the Dish TV unit for streaming, they use a mismash of streams , the Vodafone one uses a proper i.p delivery platform
