LOL on advice from the geeks a few weeks ago who were all recommending Weber Q I recently picked up a secondhand Q2200 with trolley and cover at a very reasonable price for hubby (BBQ'ing is a blue job in our house )
So far it has worked great cooking food for the 2 of us, definitely not missing the 3/4 burner type we've always had in the past, love the temp gauge on the lid so we can see when it's warm enough and it seems to start pretty much first time every time whereas the previous Mitre 10/The Warehouse ones seem to require quite a few button presses and the odd swear word. So yes, hubby seems happy with his new toy.
But don't get me started on the "I cooked dinner as I operated the BBQ................" argument!
