We changed from Elgas after receiving probably the worst service I have ever experienced. We had used them for several years and they were great, then suddenly my wife noticed we had been charged for gas we never received. She emailed them and they said it was an error and would be removed. A few weeks later we received a more sternly worded letter saying to pay, she called them and the person said they would fix it. We shortly afterward received a notice that the bill was overdue. My wife ended up calling and emailing multiple times, sometimes they promised to call back but never did. It dragged on for weeks and weeks with them not following up on anything they said. In the end they got rid of the incorrect charge but we were so put off by them we changed to Genesis, who have been great so far.
