Yes, a pity. But I rate him. Poor decision making. but unlike his team mates, I will let him off, he has enough promise to suffer through this. He is an excellent fielder.

Look at ENG batsmen they all contributed. The second last guy only got 2 but thats from 2 balls

Three almost identical games. Maybe a coincidence, maybe a mindset

Kane was ok with the batting and middle order. Could have batted smarter.

No one is taking any responsibility. Aside from the latest batting failure, the first innings was very difficult, but the pitch flattened out. The second innings was without the difficulties of the first. That the game went to the last ball made the game a thriller, but it heavily flattered us

Agree but unfortunately there isn't the depth for this. Some of the top order are just shameful. While it's fair to say Williamson was 'solid' and 'was let down by the top order' he still needs a kicking for some poor decision making.

The Black Caps snatched a defeat from the jaws of victory. Again.

Santner delivers again, SERIOUSLY bad luck, the game looked like it was ours again until that moment.

Well done Kane, hard to criticise an effort like that.

The bowlers Boult, Sodhi and Southee closing out did really well to restrict the total. Unfortunately our middle order just isnt up to scratch, Taylor back Wednesday. Nicholls over due, Latham could be replaced with Phillips for keeper but I think they will stick with him regardless. At least Taylor makes it feel a bit stronger and knowing Santner is consistently performing at the back end is very encouraging, just need Colin to get back to form.

Yeah some decisions were a bit dubious. We do have a few players better than chapman, Im not sure why hes getting picked ahead of Phillips, maybe because Latham is keeper, but maybe not being keeper might give him less to think about.

But yes, really dissapointing from some players that havent contributed for this whole series.

But positives to be had. Got to try to be positive hehe.
