Vodafone launches new media channel and announces partnership
In a New Zealand first, Vodafone is changing the way information reaches consumers, launching mobile advertising on the Vodafone Live! portal on Friday 15 February.
This new media channel will enable brands to reach more people in a personalised, targeted and immediate way.
To enable the onselling of mobile advertising space, Vodafone has formed an exclusive partnership with a global mobile media sales agency network, also to be announced on Friday.
Russell Stanners, CEO Vodafone, will be available for media interviews.
The launch is part of The Hyperfactory’s Movable Feast mobile marketing and media workshop
I asked Paul if this means a cheaper or even free mobile TV (this is a stupid name, it should be "mobile clips"), and of course the answer was not a "Yes".
