The sound very like I'm thinking, just wanted to avoid the factory reset as I spend some time doing PORT mapping :( and reserve ip addresses for my devices :(

Backup config first, you may be lucky and loading it back on doesn't break DHCP (if that's the issue here).

Faulty router unlikely, very rare. Faulty ethernet cable maybe, there's been a bit of that going on.

So you have changed the DHCP settings then to make the reservations. Reset the router, see if DHCP works, then make one change at a time, testing as you go

A cable fault won't prevent DHCP assignment and let everything else work.

I'll admit it's a long shot, but I have heard it causing strange behaviour. Easy to rule out if you've got a spare.

I did not change DHCP settings, just made reservations. When I found that DHCP is not working I just changed the review from 24 hours to 1 hour.

Will reset, but will upload my config file first and see what happened, I don't want to spend another more time doing that. If will not help, will do step by step

Anyway it isn't the cable as for desktop testing I used another cable with same result at the end.

There's no point resetting, then loading the same config back in - defeats the purpose of the reset.

I did reset it.

DHCP works fine now. Will try to upload the config file and see what happened. Will do another reset.

Update after Vodafone router resetting:

DHCP is came back now.

Linksys AP (in "dynamic IP" mode) is invisible in the networking but serve WIFI and NONE APPLE devices work fine, ALL APPLE devices are stopped working, even Vodafone router see them, Samsung wifi devices, 2 wifi cameras (different brands), Google chromecast-ultra are working fine. ALL static IP devices are working fine.

Now I have problems, I can't find my Linksys AP but it serve WIFI, have no idea why apple devices are not working, can't access WEMO devices from outside anymore, but ok from LAN and these are just visible problems.

Sounds like some configuration issues - perhaps after this reset you should reset the Linksys AP and see if it comes back visible - it may still have something there. Are you sure the Linksys AP doesn't have its own DHCP - or is it just an AP with nothing else?
