lchiu7: I think I am going to have a word to our TCL account manager and perhaps have him forward a note to the CEO and/or Steve Jackson. They need to hear the voices of their customers.
Its is still the arp traffic issue in parts of Wellington. I dont fully understand it...but i understand that the price has gone up $10/month and with the discount off..in effect Users are paying an extra $20/month for an unstable connection that means if they are a gamer the network is crap at peak times.
These issues have been going on since November in Wellington...........we must be mad sticking with them....or we genuinly think it will be fixed.
I know Chch people are happy now...but why would a major telco take sooo long to fix an issue that affects so many?
Since November (guessing here) I have had about 6 technician visits and spent probably 10 hours on hold to them. This must cost them a lot of money, when all they had to do was tell us the truth a long time ago.
The reason I am still with them is that I believe that they will have it fixed by the end of July and it is getting close.
Telstra execs must be laughing at us for continuing to support them in a sub par service which has been worse than ADSL for months.
phew....I feel better now
