minder12: I spend and have spent enuf time on the phone with Vodafone and am not going to traverse the matter further online - I have a business to run and certainly have better things to do than this.  If someone rings and asks me to do a job, I do it,  I don't ring back 48 hours later.  My feelings and experience with vodafone has been laid out for other users to see.  I'll deal with this my way, thanks anyway.

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth....message JohnR as he is trying to help you...

humvee: I understand where you are coming from - ive been there - you prob wont get satisfaction via vodafone's normal channels,  But JohnR does a very good job on here, If you could atleast message your contact details to him, Im sure you will make alot more progress then you have made so far

the thing is it shouldn't have to resort to this in the first place, you should be able to call a help desk and have the matter resolved with 1 call, and if it can be resolved someone should call you back within the same working day to sort it out.

yes johnr does a great job filling in where his companies "help desk" has fallen over, but he shouldnt have to.

The people posting about it on here are just the tip of a very large iceberg

We all know Vodafones woes and sadly we cannot correct them on our own. Maybe if the CEO's bonus was linked to customer satisfaction (non commercial) things may change.

Indeed vote with your feet if you can, but a lot of us are stuck until we can get access to UFB.

I can't even get into the phone queue for support, "we are currently experiencing issues routing your call, please call back later". This is a new one for me.

Looks like something broke last night for some customers with regards to calling VF and was fixed some time before 8:45pm

Please note: I have a professional bias towards Vodafone.

I called up about another billing issue (charged for wiring install upon moving) - started asking questions about when my contract was due to expire, got chucked through to the retention team and was offered a $10 monthly discount.....bonus.
