Im looking for someone based in Auckland to set up and maintain a new phone system.
I require:
3 x DID's from Australia via MyNetFone - these must be used for outgoing calls to Australia
2 x DID's from NZ via WXC (1 x 0800, one x 09)
Id like to keep the system relatively simple if possible.
Id like the possibilty of redirecting calls to another device located in another location (eg perhaps a staff member working from home wanting to receive calls from Australia only). Ideally configured at short notice via an online interface.
Ability to transfer calls between users.
Voicemail sent via email.
We will have two lines in and Id like to take advantage of WXC's residential plans if possible.
We currently have a SIP trunk shared with another company. This uses Aastra Aastra 6731i handsets which I have the option of retaining.
This will initially be set up in Albany but moved to Botany Downs shortly.
