I finally gave up on 2talk. I have moved to a place where I can get support when I need it (Conversant). I have put up with substandard support from them (2talk) for 6 months and I wish I had never moved. It's understood they are not really a consumer (though I am not quite that) orientated outfit, but 6 days to get back to a URGENT ticket is just nonsense (Some of my tickets were open 30+ Days) and with the number of issues we have had (a couple were misconfigurations on my part) and the rest being other issues, I just decided enough was enough.

This company needs to either stop taking connections from the public, DRAMATICALLY improve it's documentation, or get some extra people on the phones and dealing with support queries! Even if it was 0900 based! I would dearly love a refund but considering how hard everything was, I just can't see it being worth the time it would take.

I'd like to say you get what you pay for, but in this case I feel I got even less!

I just wish it didn't take 2 weeks to get ported!

Number ports don't take 2 weeks - any company that takes this long clearly has inefficient systems. No matter what provider a landline port is between it'll typically take no longer than 3-4 business days once lodged.

Well it took that long to get to 2talk and same amount of time to get away from it, perhaps it's the backend systems at callplus who are common to both providers perhaps? Regardless, seems like it will happen tomorrow!
