networkn: I finally gave up on 2talk. I have moved to a place where I can get support when I need it (Conversant). I have put up with substandard support from them for 6 months and I wish I had never moved. It's understood they are not really a consumer (though I am not quite that) orientated outfit, but 6 days to get back to a URGENT ticket is just nonsense and with the number of issues we have had (a couple were misconfigurations on my part) and the rest being other issues, I just decided enough was enough
This company needs to either stop taking connections from the public, DRAMATICALLY improve it's documentation, or get some extra people on the phones and dealing with support queries! Even if it was 0900 based! I would dearly love a refund but considering how hard everything was, I just can't see it being worth the time it would take.
I'd like to say you get what you pay for, but in this case I feel I got even less!
I just wish it didn't take 2 weeks to get ported!
