My point is, the TV journos are doing a story that would appear to be about how customers who can't get Telecom can't get Broadband..

Yes, it's a different price point but that's not at issue here.
The TV3 Blurb talks about broadband not being available and once again draws the line Broadband = Telecom. No Telecom = No Broadband.
