Hi All,

My boss has agreed to get Iphone4 's for our sales reps, he got sick of the problems we were having with blackberry's and the constant cost to sync new ones etc.

He called a couple of us in that have Iphones as he wants to make the most of them and use some of the cool features like iCloud etc.

His idea is to have a set of documents, photo's, PDF's video's of products etc that all the iphones can access and is stored on the one location probably one of our servers.

The idea is to have a product or group of products that are being promoted and all the information for them available, but these would change monthly or even weekly but we don't want to have the reps come in everytime to make the changes.

I had thought that it would be cool to set everyone up on the same i Cloud account and have the information there, but it seems that you can't do that if you want them to have their individual e-mails connected thru the exchange e-mail server.

Ideally each user would be responsible for their own itunes account but the iCloud would be shared (assuming there is a way for each phone to have own exchange e-mail account)

If you have SharePoint then use that to store the documents and then get a SharePoint app to make it easy to browse the documents.

You can have Exchange and iCloud running side by side. To share iCloud across the phones they'll all have to log in to the same account, which I believe can only be used on 5 devices concurrently.

Document sync relies on you having iWork on a Mac/iPad/iPhone. You'd be better off looking at something like Dropbox.

I would recommend Sugarsync over Dropbox.
