XxJAGERMASTERxX: Snap has given me the best support I've ever had with an isp. I've been with telecom and Vodafone beforehand and both seem to have international call centers (or employ people with very heavy accents) and don't help at all or i cant understand them.

I've been with snap coming up 3-4 months, have had a couple of hiccups but everything got sorted out fast and haven't looked back

Although you can get bad support fromr NZ based support people too. The benefits I have found with overseas based support, is that they seem to be available all hours (I think telecoms is 24 hour), and also there is often no waiting on hold. Which with NZ support can be a problem. I was on hold with my bank for 30 minutes, and they have a NZ based call centre.
I haven't had any problems understanding telecoms support people, and often it seems to be answered by people with NZ accents anyway.

Just a quick note:  Snap is 24/7 as well.

I recently had a problem with snaps customer service, other than this issue its been great and always recommend them

Tried to order a Fritz!Fon
Called snap and ordered the device
Received no emails or notifications they were doing anything so I called back a few days later to confirm
They apologized and said it will be sent today (Friday)
Again, no emails so I called back (Tuesday) for a tracking number as I was charging it to an account I had to have it sent to same address on account)
Turns out, still not sent and there is no record of it
Steven S then personally went and posted it straight away for me and emailed a tracking number

They still charged me the $15 for postage and handling.
So there are a few cracks they need to sort, maybe an easy way to order extra devices from your account online might help
