I'm using fibre and intend upgrading my slingshot provided Netcomm NF4V to the Netcom NF17ACV. If I copy the settings backup folder from the NF4V onto the new NF17ACV will I be good to go? ... Or will i have to spend hours talking to Slingshot.

Hey thanks Y for your help. I emailed Slingshot for psw and settings for the phone and they rang and told me it wasn't possible and that I would need to bridge as that is what he had done. Anyway I set the fibre up... mucked around with phone settings guessed the pswd, as person I spoke to wouldn't give it. Really didn't think I'd manage it but before I had even finished, the phone rang! Voilà women can do anything!!
