BigHammer: If your work account is being synced to your phone, it should show as a separate calendar within your calendar app. You can exclude individual calendars from showing in the calendar app and install any other calendar app and set it to just show your business calendar. I currently use Business Calendar Pro for this.

Business Calendar 2 makes a note that it syncs with the cal storage engine. Does that mean it puts things into my google calendar? I explicitly want to avoid that.

timmmay: The way I connect right now is I hit the "Outlook" button on my task bar. I've never had to enter connection details, it's corporate and managed. Not even sure where to look in outlook.

On your phone? Or desktop?

Each calendar is separate. One app can display many/all/none of the calendars being synced

OK I took from your initial post that you had an Exchange account already configured on your phone. If that's not the case yes you should talk to your admin; they may not even allow mobile/external access.

If they do and you already have Exchange connected as to the standard email client on the phone then you can copy the config from there.

Generally it will be the same address as what you use for OWA

The way i read you original post, I too took it to mean you already had EAS email/calendar setup on your Android

They do allow remote access, mostly with work phones, but it's a flexible employer so should be ok. They seem ok with me doing this they just don't know Android well enough to do it for me.

I think BigHammer is correct in that the S Planner app is showing a merged veiw of all calendars syncing to the phone, but you can turn Calendars off and on so that it only shows the Calendar you want it to.

It I can confirm that my work calendar coming from Office 365 is not being merged into my Google Calendar. So it looks like you don't need to buy anything.

Synchronising your calendars will only show them together on your device - nothing is uploaded to Google Calendar.

Using third party apps also means they will handle it separately from the main Calendar engine.

What I am using now is Google Calendar, GMail client (new version supports multiple accounts including Exchange and looks good) and the Google Exchange support, instead of the device's built-in "Corporate Accounts" option. Google Calendar allows you to select which calendars you want to show, which ones to sync so you can have a single view of all your appointments/activities for the day, coming from separate places. And it's free.

Google Exchange Services is available as a download from APK Mirror and it is the one highlighted below:
