I understand you completely now, this isn't to complicated at all.

Similar to my scenario above but how the information is handled is slightly different.

So customers fill out the forms on the tablet. When everyone has filled out this is complied into a single page.

Then the people at the airport get a notification(probably an email) to tell them all the information is ready for them to sort out who is going to jump.

They would be able to log in to an admin page were they see all the information - and if you wanted it could quite easily suggest the best passenger configuration(although i'm not sure this is necessary).

The photographer would also be able to login to this page, but he could only see the information relevant to him such as name, email and photo package ordered.

The flytouch 3 tablets you have bought seem more than adequate to do the job.

From a technical point of view this isn't too complicated and i can see it saving you and the customers a lot of time.

I think the resistive screens will be easy enough to sign with, and you can use any old stylus. They don't need the flash and sometimes pricey capacitive stylus pens which are more than just a piece of plastic. Remember how all the first touch screen phones came with their own stylus that you'd slide in the back somewhere? They're resistive screens.

The harder part is going to be designing your agreement page to accept the signature.
