  • Firefox 68.0.1 is our current stable release. The point release came out last Thursday, July 18th and fixes several minor regressions.

It kind of looks like the log in window is opening but it can't render because the window is too small.  Try maximizing the window before you hit the login button.

the Spark Sport team have confirmed the issue now, I can't speak to much further than that. but thanks for those who picked  up on it and raised it :)

In the mean time, I'd recommend zooming out to 75-100% as a quick fix to login (all the examples i've seen so far look to be 125 or 150% display scaling)

Which screen did you get? 1080? that size display Windows 10 likely defaults to 150% display scaling...

Touch interfaces often have such bloated scaling...

It is 1080 screen with 150% as default, but I would not wish to work with scaling to be any less....eyes are just too old!!  This is the first site I have experienced any scaling problem and, although it would be good to see it fixed, a couple of Ctrl + - clicks prior to login is not too onerous.

In July when I first got spark sport I had a problem with logging in, and went around the mullberry bush with the help desk Eventually it suddenly came right overnight after being on this forum

Today I got an email from spark sport and I thought I better check my connection. And it is the same as it was when I first got it

I cant log in. All the top menu text goes grey and a cross shows on the login box. I have tried with chrome and firefox with the same results

In Firefox: Ctrl+- to reduce scaling to 90%.  Log In box appears, log in and Ctrl+0 to reset zoom level. Hope this does the trick for you.
