Apsattv: There was a fix for some Samsung users who were repoting light bleed in their screen corners. The fix was to take the back off the set and loosen and retighten certain screws. Might be worth a try

If it's under warranty I wouldn't touch it! Take it back to the retailer who you have the contract with, advise them that you reject the goods as faulty under the CGA and demand a replacement or refund.
Apsattv: Ok it might be going a little far to attempt a DIY fix. At a last resort if they won't allow it to be replaced or repaired.
tenz: On another annoying note, when I purchased this tv I also purchased a matching lg 3d blu ray player 5.1 tall boy home theatre system at the same time from appliance shed. Does any one know if the passive blu ray player (apparently there is no difference in players only the way tv's decode it) work with say a samsung/panasonic/sony ACTIVE 3D tv?
Dunnersfella: get on the phone, asking all other retailers for a Panasonic TH-P60ST60z.

xpd: Plasma is a dying tech for the standard consumer, consumers usually want "cheap" so thats what the retailers get in stock, which usually means LED/LCD.
Weve got two Panasonic plasma's (cant remember models), only issue we've had is that the sound is playing up on the older one, but easily resolved by using ext amp - only gets used as a display for a media PC.
