The existing connection? Must be a reseller then as it's coming up as Spark on speedtests and has a Huawei router.

I'm really just trying to order Fiber, I started nearly a week before I moved and both Spark and Big Pipe had order / vetting problems, meaning only today could an order be placed.

Stuff have no contract so if I don't like them I can leave whenever, but at least their order process worked.
