@mwalford
I checked it again after you said that.. and its 24ms. Down @4.69 and Up @72. So after 4 days of checking.. my download is the only thing thats altered.

Frustrated isnt the word for it.. I work online and this has caused me all sorts of problems since Friday.
Was about to give up my Vodafone stick due to the cost .. running 2 contracts is expensive. Have decided to keep it now. Will send Telecom the bill.

@mikelday
LOL at that but im quite annoyed because the only pages that seem to load fast are geekzone and trademe!!

He asked me to go to Trademe (it seems to be the one site that was loading ok) and then tried to say my problem was intermittent.. but I didnt fall for it. I insisted on going to CNN, Reuters and mainstream media. I may not be savvy on the inner workings of my computer but Im Net wise when it comes to this. LOL

I cant access BNO News now either. Its getting worse again.

It appears the quote button has disappeared.

Local bandwidth is fine. International though is a different story. I dont usually comment on bandwidth issues. In fact very rarely, but now that I'm here, that confirms there is a problem :P

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Still not working for me. news.com.au is still a blank page. With local I get the front page quickly but takes 2 mins to complete loading before I can do anything else. International is just a white screen for 2 mins. sighs.. going back to the laptop.

Night all...

they need to hold off on the beers until there's some consistency in the performance.. if it's fine after a week, sure bring out the beers.

let's not all get too excited too quickly..
