I've now had two instances where people were unable to call a Skinny number from their landline. In the first case I asked what happened and she told me it would start beeping before she finished dialling the number. This was not a home number but a call from a business. The 2nd case was Auckland Uni trying to call my wife, so wasn't able to get details. Could there be some sort compatibility issue with some digital phone systems?

The issue is not on the skinny / Telecom network, The issue is the A party PBX / Landline provider has not setup digit analysis for the new Skinny number range, Advise the end users to speak to the PBX support team or there service provider

Number ranges are on http://www.nad.org.nz/

Monza: Both myself and guy at work do not receive a txt alert when reach 100% of data usage.

Hi for data we send out a notification when you get to 80%.  It is hard to trigger a text notification at exactly 100% so better that we give you a bit of advance warning that you are approaching the limit.  Cheers Paul

The 80% notification seems to arrive in almost real time when the threshhold is reached, would it not be possible to send another one at 95% or 99%? I'm on the 600MB data plan, when I reach 80% I still have over 100MB left but then have to keep checking to make sure I stay under...

Hmmm, I see your point.  The problem is that it is triggered on a global setting and the majority of our plans have 10mb so if we set it too high then they can go over very quickly.  That means I need to check with the developers about creating a custom trigger for say people with a data add-on.  I've added that to the candidate list but unfortunately it will need to be prioritised along with everything else we have on so unlikely to be a quick resolution for you.  Sorry Frown

For those on the 600MB plan a 95% SMS alert would be great.
