mf26: Maverick, Still no luck, I tried posting a screen shot somehow I doesn't to attached image.
AllNightNerding: I just signed up to vfx, I've got it all up and running without doing anything :D it was a pre-configured box though, but I havnt had to do any port forward or anything, is this normal?

Yes, perfectly normalThat was my experience as well. I never needed to forward any ports, did follow Maverick's advice as follows:
- Use a Static IP
- Enter the Gateway Address on your LAN (usually your router's address)
- Enter the Primary and Secondary DNS server IP addresses provided by your ISP
Having done each of those, I saved the changes, then unplugged the power from my PAP2T, waited a few seconds and plugged it in again. After a minute or so, the PAP2T had downloaded a new config. file, the Line 1 LED lit up, and Dial Tone appeared
AllNightNerding: I have set it to have a static ip on my router, we run a domain so should i have the xnet dns or my server dns or my router dns?
