Fixed one problem, but there's something not right with that download speed. Check again in the morning; there shouldn't be any congestion but that'll rule it out just in case.

Will let you guys know tomorrow morning. But once again thank you for getting this sorted and that too so fast.

Run the speedtest with the win10 app/win7 program.

It skips browser inefficiencies.

While it's good this got sorted (almost) in the end, that's shocking "support" from their technical team. I know when I was there (as TCL) we wouldn't be allowed to get away with behaviour like that. Where are they based these days?

There we go. That's looking more like it :)

Its surprising how much browser overhead slows things down eh?

I have a similar issue. Initial conversion from VDSL to fibre 100 gave me 98 down 20+ up. I have just upgraded to Fibre Max, and get 101 max down, but now 50+ up, so something's changed, but not the downspeed. I have a PC with 1Gb/s adaptor connected directly for the test. (I also tried a local speed test to a 2nd PC which yielded 700Mb/s, so the local gear is OK.)

Is this a limitation of my HG659? I have the home hub Vodafone sent in its box, but as I don't use the wireless capability, I was told the HG659 was as good.

Another issue is that I have lost the IPV6 connectivity I had with VDSL. It just says "Ipv6 Connecting". The Ninja seemed to think I was some sort of Alien as I wanted to use IPv6.
