What do YOU do?. I'd rather not say, I've made a few strong statements here. I'm glad though that you and your colleagues were given some information.
Paul is right damian, john has stated he's a staff memberIf his zealousness annoys you, just do what most people do with regards to Vodafone PR (or indeed PR in general), ignore it. Though he does know what he's talking about so it's best to listen once in a while.

Johnr you really should state your afiliation before flaming in defence of your employer. You have every right to, of course, but it is courteous to be up front about your bias.

I'm looking forward to hearing from one of the Voda employees in regard to my earlier post - I've not yet seen anyone spring to Vodafone's defence in response to this yet.

My motivation for posting was neither to gather support for my cause nor to seek help with a resolution. Thanks for the offers of support and advice, but all I want to do is bring the TDRS to the attention of readers of the forum. This service was long overdue and I don't think that nearly enough people know about it.
