k14: Mrs was away for work so went to get KFC for dinner (first time in 2 years and wasn't too bad actually)

Isn't it so good after so long? I rarely have KFC as I live with a vegetarian and she won't believe that Chicken is essentially a vegetable and because central Wellington no longer has a KFC since the one in Manner's Mall shut [WTF Wellington!] But when I do have it once every 12 - 18 months, it is still my favourite burger.  Great, now I have the need for a tower burger.

Yeah I had a works burger and it was damn tasty. Well made with non stalky lettuce (I can't stand crunchy lettuce), good patty and nice amount of mayo. I forgot to get the zinger option, that sauce is delicous. I thought they didn't make tower burger anymore? Didn't see it on the menu last night anyway. Not sure about the wicked wings though, bit too spicy for me.

BurningBeard: Yesterday I sat in an office and listened to a sales rep use the term "touch base" about 350 times.

If he/she says "going-foward" I think you are allowed to smack them with their own literature.

"Synergy" is a good reason to smack some one.

I vote for "paradym shift"

Late morning start, then to the gym, then a two hour lunch with my favourite clients.

Coffee in the afternoon with a friend, catching up on some emails now and thinking about heading home shortly.

Yup. Great day.

Drove up to Hanmer Springs, climed Conical Hill, enjoyed the awesome view, walked back down and had a beer.

Nice being retired, isn't it?

Cheers
