Jase2985:Jase2985:why do you switch off the power board? try leaving it on and see if you still have the issue, and it will likely confirm the CMOS battery is the issue

Why are you shutting it down at the wall? there is no need for it an it used very little standby power.
Turning the switch off at the wall removes standby power from the motherboard. Just turn the PC off and leave the wall switch on
I would still suggest replacing the CMOS battery.

Sorry thought I had earlier. The problem doesn't happen unless we switch off the power board /at the wall (cold start). If the pc is just "shut down" it loads into windows
So don't turn it off at the wall - problem solved?
