Ill compile to one post what everyone suggests for you.

Change the WiFi Channel,
If you download a program called inSSIDer and run it, What is the Dbm rating for your WiFi, Can you see other networks sitting on your channel?
Have you changed anything at the time of the issue.
Make sure you have your Network card drivers updated. http://www.wikihow.com/Find-and-Update-Drivers
Isolate your modem and PC, Make sure a home phone is more than 40CM away from the Modem and PC's wireless card. Microwave.
Make sure your WiFi antenna on your PC is screwed in firmly and doesnt show signs of damage.
(The question that usually fixes it) Did you move your modem and then notice the issue?
If you put a phone in the place of the WiFi antenna on your PC and run a speedtest what speed you get?
*WiFi is a convenience technology in no way is there guaranteed connectivity or performance.*

I think looking at your replies you were expecting something that takes 20 seconds to fix.

Well I connected it direct with a cable and nothing at all wouldn't except the modem wouldn't connect but it said connection speed 1gbps so I have no clue at all and I feel like a complete restore coming on because it's bonged

You need to run a full speediest, such as Speedtest.net
T
hen post result. The 1Gbps is probably in the connection properties, which is just the local max speed since your computer must have a gigabit ethernet card installed.

Sounds like a job for a computer tech to come out and sort for you. Perhaps let people know approx. where you live; or give someone like Geeks on Wheels etc a call.

Actually, not. "According to Symantec's annual Internet Security Threat Report, religious and ideological Web sites have far more security threats per infected site than adult/pornographic Web sites."
