Benjip: Can anyone confirm whether Telecom are still selling these instore on Open Term? Tried calling my local store (Sylvia Park) but no answer. Wanting to find out before I give in and order from Apple direct.

Still don't really know, but you may as well order with Apple then cancel the order if it turns out you can get through Telecom.
Apple don't charge until the unit is shipping

Yea true, that's the conclusion I came to a few minutes ago too.

Gah, thought it might be 10am that the store would be back up but no such luck.

Just as FYI - back from Telecom Albany with 5s. Bought interest free on open term.
They said they had them all, but not sure what that means in terms of Gb etc. Smaller telecom stores don't have them.
Stoked!

I'm not a troll at all was just making an observation in a forum as I'm entitled to do and I don't see anyone else whining except you.

The same happens whenever new tech like this comes out so was making an observation not getting at Apple people, people choose a phone that suits them as one size doesn't fit all. If we only had one choice it would be a sad world.
