badbadmonkey: You must be having a laugh mate. I am now connected with Voyager, and to be clear I had paid Orcon up until the switchover. I have no term obligations etc. I owe them nothing. Zero. Here is their last bill to me. I know one shouldn't assume malice where incompetence is sufficient to explain it, but I wonder if they're not just taking the piss now.

Ouch!  What is their reasoning in the PDF version of the bill I wonder?

To the OP, I have removed your last sentence as a breach of FUG.

Be warned there will be no third time, no matter how irritating the situation. I understand your anger and would feel it the same but it is no excuse.

There is little 'reasoning'. There is a list of multiple undated $95 items, which I assume are my entire history with them, re-billed. Nothing is dated or referenced. Additionally there is service charge thru Jan 23rd, which is of course incorrect.

I gave them a response via e-mail that hinted they go pleasure themselves, apparently that is resolved, we will see.

I removed my CC details from their billing and as I said above I have paid through until service was cancelled so it is now a case of just dealing with bemusing e-mails.

You aren't dealing only with bemusing emails. If you don't actually solve this you will end up finding a debt collections agency on you - so don't procrastinate.
