Turns out one drive was uploading 40gb! so maxed out our upload!
Set a limit and all good now. Thinking that maybe my republic should know to ask this, i still wouldnt know without your help!

Should be part of basic diagnostics, all depends on how the ISP expects their reps to handle situations though.
Some ISP's out there have compliance based workflows that you must travel through to ensure cases like that don't happen.

richms:Quite a few I would guess. Also those that complain because the wifi is bad from their new ISP.
I like how the fritzboxes have a graph in them to show current in and out traffic, can see when something is hogging.
