For anyone who is interested, or experiencing the same problem, after weeks of pushing 2Degrees support, finally got this back admitting that there was a problem their end and someone had done something to stop my wifi calling from working.

Still haven't resolved the issue of why calls keep dropping no matter where I am, but at least I can use my phone in my house again.

Hiya. I had this problem a while ago with 2Degrees. After many people on this forum asking idiotic questions of me like whether my wifi was turned on, and 2Degrees having no idea, someone there finally worked out that there was something missing from my user profile at 2Degrees that had broken my wifi calling. So keep asking them to look into it.

The questions were not idiotic. It's basic troubleshooting to make sure there's nothing wrong on your side.

No one outside 2degrees would have access to your account details, even less to profile settings.

So, not idiotic at all. I feel people tried to help (and that was almost two years ago) and not being recognised.

Huh? Not a single person in this thread asked if you turned wifi on. None of the other questions looked idiotic either.

Reading the reply again, and seeing it came two years after the thread had a resolution, I think the OP posted it in the wrong thread.

Not sure - OP's other thread also has nobody asking idiotic questions and/or whether WiFi is enabled.

Perhaps they posted on a different website and were asked idiotic questions, but doesn't look that was the case with users here.

@jaznz Why are you so angry?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

I am thinking a current 2degrees thread, not necessarily OP's.
